ABOUT PIANO AUSTRALIA Stuart & Sons trades under the name of Piano Australia Pty Limited which is a partnership between Stuart & Sons Terra Australis Pty Limited and J. Albert and Son Pty Limited. The company was formed in 2001 and operates out of its own factory in Newcastle, Australia. Designer Wayne Stuart, the master craftsman, heads the operation and oversees a small dedicated team to produce a limited number of handcrafted pianos each year. Two models are available, the 2.9m concert grand and the 2.2m intermediate grand. It is possible to purchase from floor stock when available or to customise your own choice of timbers and finishes. A custom built piano takes approximately twelve months to complete. All sales and communications are channelled through Wayne Stuart at the factory. Stuart & Sons welcomes international orders and is equipped to deliver, commission and support its product.
